SHIPPING:

All orders are posted out Recorded delivery so we can track your parcel from dispatch to destination,

We can supply tracking numbers for all orders if you require tracking numbers to track item yourself please email us and we will send tracking number.

In most cases in the Uk items arrive within 48hrs (royal mail recorded delivery) some within 24hrs, If you are abroad delivery will take longer depending on postal services in your country.

We can not be held responsible for postal delays.

You are responsible for any and all import or customs charges imposed when the package enters your country. You may be required to pay such charges before the package is released to you. A correctly completed Customs Declaration (CN22 or CN23) will be attached to any package sent outside Europe. As a reputable exporter we will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information on the Customs Declaration in order to reduce any import duties payable by you. 

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with any item simply contact us within 72 hours and return it in the same condition that you received it in for a refund on the cost of the items post and packaging is non refundable. In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty items please return them within the above period for a complete refund.

In line with all other major retailers we regret that for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund underwear items that have been tried on or worn.
