A: All goods are sent in plain mailing bags. All items are sent 1st Class recorded delivery, with only your and our address on them. Occasionally there can be postal delays so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please remember items will require a signature upon delivery.
A: Yes, we do post internationally by Registered Mail. We cannot guarantee any postage times but most customers report that they receive their goods within 7 days. We will provide tracking details on request
A: You are responsible for any and all import or customs charges imposed when the package enters your country. You may be required to pay such charges before the package is released to you. A correctly completed Customs Declaration (CN22 or CN23) will be attached to any package sent outside Europe. As a reputable exporter we will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information on the Customs Declaration in order to reduce any import duties payable by you. |
