Q: Why can’t I call you directly?A: We operate an ‘internet only’ service. This reduces our staffing costs and the savings are passed on to you. In the event of an urgent problem we will call you.

Q: When will my order be shipped? A: The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours. If any unforeseen circumstances prevent this from happening, we will contact you by email to let you know.

All goods are sent in brand new mailing bags to ensure safe delivery and are packaged discreetly to ensure that they reach you in absolutely perfect condition.

Q: How will you send my goods? A: All goods are sent in plain mailing bags. All items are sent 1st Class recorded delivery, with only your and our address on them. Occasionally there can be postal delays so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please remember items will require a signature upon delivery.

Q: Do you post abroad? A: Yes, we do post internationally by Registered Mail. We cannot guarantee any postage times but most customers report that they receive their goods within 7 days.  We will provide tracking details on request

Q: Customs And/Or Import Charges For Overseas Buyers A: You are responsible for any and all import or customs charges imposed when the package enters your country. You may be required to pay such charges before the package is released to you. A correctly completed Customs Declaration (CN22 or CN23) will be attached to any package sent outside Europe. As a reputable exporter we will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information on the Customs Declaration in order to reduce any import duties payable by you. 

Q: I ordered an item but I no longer want it. What can you do to help?A: As long as the item is returned to us within 7 days in its original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached.  Refunds will be given for the cost of the item but postage and packing costs are not refundable. 

Q: My item is faulty, the wrong colour or size or different from that describedA: Any problems must be reported to us immediately and returns must be posted by you to us within 7 days of you receiving the item (proof of the date of posting the item back to us may be requested in certain circumstances).

In the interests of health and hygiene, returns will only be considered if the item proves to be faulty.  We will not accept any items which have been tried on or worn so please choose your size and your item carefully.

If you believe the item to be faulty and it has not been tried on or worn, please email us immediately on receipt to let us know of the problem.  The item must be returned to us within 7 days in its original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached. A Full Refund will be given.

Q: Can I order a different size or colour?A: All stock items and colours are shown, if you cannot see the colour or size you would like, please contact us and we will endeavour to order one for you direct from the manufacturer. A small non refundable deposit is required for orders using this service. Deposits are refunded in the event of non availability.
